Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent ticket purchasing experience for all participants of Vilnius Salsa Festival.

General terms

All tickets and passes are non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this refund policy.

Name changes

A ticket may be transferred to another person.

Name changes are allowed no later than 14 days before the event starts.

When changing the ticket holder, a price difference may apply based on the current ticket price at the time of the change.

Exceptional refund cases

Refunds may only be issued in serious and justified cases (e.g. severe illness).

In such cases, supporting documentation must be provided.

Each refund request is evaluated individually.

non-refundable cases

Tickets are not refundable due to changes in personal plans, travel arrangements, or other personal reasons.

Program changes are not considered valid grounds for a refund.

Event cancellation or rescheduling

If the event does not take place due to the organizers’ fault, the full amount will be refunded.

If the event is rescheduled, the ticket remains valid for the new date.

If the event is changed due to force majeure circumstances, refunds are not issued, but tickets may be transferred to a new date.
