Ticket Terms & Conditions

All festival tickets and passes are issued under the attendee’s name to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for every participant.

If your plans change, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Name changes are possible no later than 14 days before the start of the event and are subject to the applicable price difference at the time of change.

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. In case of serious circumstances (e.g. health-related issues), please contact the organizers – each case will be reviewed individually and responsibly.

In all other cases, tickets are non-refundable; however, we always strive to offer flexible solutions so you don’t lose the opportunity to attend.

If the event is cancelled due to the organizers’ responsibility, the full amount paid will be refunded.

If the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, tickets will remain valid for the new date or may be used for another festival event.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and become part of the Vilnius Salsa Festival experience.
